For the past two decades, we’ve been fortunate enough to be allowed to use this beautiful site to host Scootouring. Ma and Pa Burton have been a part of the Burgundy Topz and a huge part of Scootouring from the very beginning. We want to extend our deepest appreciation to both of them and ask that you do the same. Please be sure to take a moment and thank them for their kindness and generosity.

The Scootouring Campgrounds sits on 10 pristine acres in Lotus, California. The site is privately owned and maintained by the Burton Family. We ask that you treat the property and it’s surroundings with the utmost care. Please pick up any trash you might see – even if it’s not yours or appears to have been there for some time… Please do not leave any personal belongings at the site. There has been a rash of discarded items in the last few years and nobody wants to clean up after you…

We would like to continue to use this spot for years to come. Please leave it cleaner than you found it.
